 Personality: Originally from Unova, Lizzy comes off as an inflexible and severe girl. Her attitude at the tournament is no nonsense and serious, and you can mostly find her reading up on latest battle strategies and pro tips. She prides herself on her team’s skills, which are all great at winning through status ailments, weather altering, and clever tricks against their opponents. She had started her most resent journey without a starter because she didn’t trust human bred Pokemon, saying they are not as good as battling then their feral counterparts. She went on a journey once before in Unova, but has no teammates from there with her now. She always seems to dodge the question and any others about her past if you were to ask her about it.

 History: Born and raised by her grandfather on his Unovian estate, Elizabeth was encouraged at early age to become a trainer and challenge the league, as was a proud family tradition. She was given a prestigious education in battling strategy, and thanks to her wealthy family’s influence, given a very well bred starter. A little bit before her thirteenth birthday; she was sent off to begin her journey as a promising rookie. She traveled dutifully around Unova, earning her first two badges with relative ease. One night though, she stumbled into a Pokemon Center, claiming that Team Plasma had stolen all her Pokemon. This caused great alarm in the community, since the vigilante gang had been disbanded a second time several years ago, but her team was indeed, missing. After a long search, the only thing that was found was one of her registered Pokeballs, smashed in the middle of the forest. The case was closed and she was written off simply as an irresponsible trainer by the authorities, and a distraught Elizabeth returned home in sadness.

 She spent the next year in grief; her grandfather paid her less attention now that she was not considered a candidate for bring glory to the family. He recommended she continue her education in Celadon City, which she agreed, and arrived in the foreign country of Kanto just after her sixteenth birthday. She barely attended classes though, and soon after arriving, left on a second journey completely on her own. She went on a very successful run of collecting six badges of Kanto. It was during this time she and meet Zalya, who mentored Lizzy to her battling potential. She earned several more badges, and spent some time traveling in Kalos, where she earned her 8th badge, and qualified to challenge the league.

Personality: Lizzy’s first and most beloved Pokemon. Highly motivated by food. Much more affectionate then her trainer, and most often out of her Pokeball. She often will be the first to greet and investigate strangers who approach.

History: Caught in a hand made snare outside of Celadon, the starving kitten swore her allegiance to her new trainer in exchange for a ham and cheese sandwich. She is always by Lizzy’s side since, not only being an exceptional fighter, but also a talented and stealthy scout for the team when training in the wilderness.

Nature: Jolly

Moveset: Rainy Day, Headbutt, Aqua Tail, Aqua Ring

Personality: Energetic and playful, always seems in good spirits in and out of battle. Enjoys the land, but prefers the water. More often used for Lizzy to travel across islands, but a talented strategic staller in a fight.

History: Caught when traveling the Seafoam Islands, he has acted like royalty among the group, preferring to lie lazily in the sun then work or fight. Though, his cheerfulness makes him a much loved and accepted member of the team.

Name: Arrow

Species: Fletchinder

Gender: Male

Age: Mature Chick

Nature: Bold

Ability: Gale Wings

Moveset: Acrobatics, Me First, Flame Charge, Roost

Personality: Despite a crippling wing injury, he is aggressive and edger and fights whenever he can. Still quick on the ground, he darts off on its own often to practice flying again and get stronger.

History: Lizzy came across the little bird recently along the side of a mountain. Despite having fallen far from its nest and hurt its wing, it challenged Lizzy’s pokemon to a fight. Despite still being fragile and needing to learn how to work with the rest of the team, she saw great potential in him, and bandaged him up and gave him a slot on the team as he recovered.

Moveset: Dragon Dance, Thunder Wave, Dragon Tail, Extreme Speed

Personality: With a warrior’s heart, his main focus is battling and growing even stronger. Like his trainer, he shows little interests in distractions, except for a peculiar love of flowers, much to his own embarrassment.

History: Lizzy’s most used battler, She often starts out with him mostly to intimidate and feel out the opponent. Caught as a Dratini on a whim because of the popularity of dragon types. Training him was much more difficult then she was prepared for though, and almost gave up on him several times. But besides the occasional stubborn head butting, he gets along fine with everyone.

Species: Weezing

Nature: Quiet

Moveset: Explosion, Toxic, Clear Smog, Payback

Personality: Unpredictable and moody, La shows her personality mostly through her vivid facial expressions instead of communicating, much to the frustration of the rest of the team. Despite her attitude though, she is nice enough to offer Lizzy a ride on top of her if she can handle the smog she produces. Despite being the ugliest and most deformed Weezing of all time, she in incredibly vein, and is often looking at herself in reflections.

History: Lizzy’s wild card and fairy crusher in battle. Originally choosing a Weezing simply because it was a generally unpopular choice, La has surprised Lizzy by often being the tipping point in a critical battle, as a shield and for leaving venomous afflictions on her opponents.

Species: Poochyena (Shiny)

Age: Puppy

Nature: Sassy

Ability: Run Away

Moveset: Howl, Taunt, Sucker Punch, Swagger

Personality:  A street wise and sarcastic little pooch, she uses feisty and cute behavior to get what she wants, mostly treats.

History: An adorable puppy found in the streets of Vermilion, her exceptional coat and disposition made Lizzy’s heart melt, and it took many chases her through several back alleys and convincing before finally joining the team. Lizzy mostly treats her as a companion, but Goldie is quick and clever, and seems to want to show she has battling potential whenever possible, sometimes even throwing herself into the arena.

Personality: Noble and reserved, He use to be a competitive battler before an eye injury took him out. He still serves the Markers as a trusted messenger bird, but he is frustrated that he has outlived his glory days.

History: A messenger bird from the Marker estate in Unova who showed up to Lizzy to deliver a package from her grandfather. I guess he finally found out she hasn’t gone to school this whole time like she said she would. She hasn’t bothered it open it, but Bellow is a familiar sight to her though, so she gladly takes care of him until she gets around to it.
